I’ve been fortunate to enjoy a long career in music and the music industry that has led me to fantastic places and work with amazing people. I think of mixing and mastering as augmenting an artist, composer or directors creative work.

It's a great privilege to have somebody else's creative baby in your hands and for them to entrust in me pulling things together or improving already great work for them.

I have worked with many creatives over the years. However, beyond various remix, artist and institutional mastering and soundtrack projects, there is my creative/collaborative work as part of New York Times Film Critic Pick composer Ruth Mendelson’s creative team.

Over the course of several years, I have had the good fortune to have a hand at everything from field recording audio clean-up and restoration, to sound design, editing, mixing and mastering of groundbreaking multi-media Museum exhibits, award-winning film scores, PBS documentaries, international television soundtracks, numerous humanitarian projects.

Some of these include the globally acclaimed Well Wishes and Blessings -Kids in America to Kids in Iraq, works with the Jane Goodall Institute (JGI) including, the National Geographic docufilm The Hope, The Dr. Jane Goodall Hopecast and the immersive unabridged, My Life with Chimpanzees audio book featuring Dr. Jane Goodall in her own voice and Ruths’ score for the 56-minute documentary “Our Promise: 100 years of the American Battle Monuments Commission'' produced to celebrate ABMC's centennial. Ruth’s score seamlessly weaves through narration and visuals to evoke a range of emotions and poignantly capture the somber remembrance of fallen soldiers and the ongoing work of the ABMC. The score elevates "Our Promise" from a documentary to a cinematic experience. 

All our years of working together started with the 2007 soundtrack mastering of Shadow of a House, the intimate portrait of Cuban American photographer Abelardo Morell.
