Tandemonium from XO Planet one of the far-ranging musical explorations of dear friends Chris Cheek violinist Angie Shyr.
Together they reimagine music from across eras and traditions via the unusual chemistry of baritone saxophone and violin. Chris’ musical arrangements make for a playful, adventurous recording that feels both intimate and expansive.
What's extra special is I had the great honor to record the album over a few months in Northampton.
